I liked the movie Sideways, the story of two friends played by Paul Giamatti and Thomas Haden Church. Apparently it’s been remade into a Japanese version, with the setting now in Napa Valley instead of Santa Barbara. Check out this trailer…

It’s funny to me to see the new Japanese versions of the original film’s characters, particularly the guy playing Giamatti’s character, since his was so over the top and angry all the time. I’m intrigued by this remake, and if I could speak Japanese I’d want to watch it…haha.
