At a recent Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure event appropiately named JOJO DAY held in Shibuya, Tokyo, it was revealed that Steel Ball Run anime is currently in production! Known to fans as part 7 in the long running Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure manga series, Steel Ball Run will again be adapted by david productions who also adapted parts 1 through 6. Running from 2004-2011, the manga runs for 24 volumes. We don’t know how much of this adaptation is expected to cover but we hope it is a siginificant part! Outside of a key visual we also do not know who will be playing the main characters such as Johnny Joestar or Gyro Zeppilini.
