On November 18th, I was fortunate enough to be invited to tokidoki’s special event at Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra to celebrate the launch of their latest Unicorno vinyl collectibles! Tokidoki is a lifestyle brand inspired by Japanese culture and founded by a designer Simone Legno. It has been attracting many enthusiastic fans all over the world with the brand’s kawaii charm since 2003.
So many tokidoki lovers gathered at this event and it was very lively. Of course many people dressed their selves with tokidoki clothing or accessories.
There was a tokidoki’s pop up shop inside, and I saw many people buying a whole box set of blind boxes to collect all of them. One of the things that I LOVE about tokidoki is that they always have super kawaii packages and designs. I’m sure these would be perfect holiday gifts for your girlfriends or family as well.
They were also giving away free cookies of tokidoki Unicorno! It was not only cute but also tasted really good!
At the dance floor, there were some special backdrops and even a photobooth! There was a huge line to use the photobooth so I couldn’t get to try it. However I had a chance to take a photo with lovely Jaycee from tokidoki!
At the end of the night, we received a gift bag with a lot of cute goodies including a plushy, sticker, keychains, badges and so on! It was such a fun night with great people, music, and of course kawaii tokidoki Unicornos! Now Unicorno Series 5 toys and goods are available on their website.
